Dr James Arkell interviewed for King’s College London’s Stress, Psychiatry and Immunology (SPI) interview series

On Monday 12th April at 6 pm (BST), journalist, writer and mental health campaigner Rachel Kelly appeared live on Instagram to interview Dr James Arkell, Nightingale Hospital consultant psychiatrist.

Dr Arkell shared a glimpse into his journey into psychiatry, as well as his expert opinion and advice on various mental health topics in this episode of the InSPIre the Mind: Interviews with Rachel Kelly’ series.

The ‘Inspire the Mind’ organisation was formed by the Stress, Psychiatry and Immunology (SPI) Lab, which is an academic research laboratory within King’s College London.  The group focuses on encouraging conversation about wellbeing, and teaching and disseminating the science behind mental health.
