When did wellness and being healthy become a full time job?

Being healthy is starting to make us more stressed than blessed, and it’s affecting our mental health. “I’ve seen an increase in patients coming to see me with ‘clean eating’ issues. I think it has made people more anxious about food,” says a psychologist of eating disorders specialist at London’s Nightingale Hospital. “The term ‘clean eating’ is morally loaded. This can set us up for black-and-white thinking and lead to feelings of guilt about food.”

What we need is a prescription to go back to basics:

  • Spirituality
  • Mental Health
  • Nutrition
