Professional experience

Natasha is an accredited cognitive behavioural therapist, with clinical experience working in the community, NHS services and the private sector. She has worked in NHS Talking Therapies services as a therapist and supervisor since 2020, using CBT to treat common mental health difficulties and supporting other practitioners to do so effectively.

Natasha has additional training and experience working with severe anxiety disorders such as obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), body dysmorphic disorder, health anxiety and social anxiety disorder.  As a CBT Therapist, Natasha is part of the therapy team in the OCD and related disorders inpatient unit at Nightingale Hospital.

Natasha takes pride in her ability to build strong therapeutic relationships, believing that trust and rapport are essential for clients to achieve positive change. She provides a safe, judgment-free space where clients feel comfortable exploring their thoughts, emotions, and behaviours. Through this process, she helps them identify the changes needed to move forward.

Additional information about research, publications and interests

Natasha has extensive expertise in working with OCD and anxiety disorders, including health anxiety, specific phobias, body dysmorphic disorder, and social anxiety.

She also has a keen interest in perinatal and postnatal mental health care, supporting young people (18–25 years old), and adapting therapy to meet the needs of neurodiverse individuals, including those with ASD and ADHD.
