She values the strong evidence base of CBT and all treatment offered is in line with NICE guidance and has proven to be effective. Treatment includes a formulation phase, where together with the client, they develop a shared understanding of the difficulties and what is maintaining them. Grace offers a safe space to work through difficult thoughts, feelings, and behaviours and values working collaboratively with clients to achieve the best possible outcomes in therapy.
