Exam retake time is approaching and for all of us that have worried with and for our off-springs it is easy to dismiss the angst with a simply “don’t worry”.

Unfortunately, that often isn’t always a practical solution. We asked Dr Nerina Ramlakhan, on of the country’s leading experts, to give us a few pointers that we can pass on to our stressed teenagers to help them along the way.  Here are her 10 top for dealing with exam stress and preventing burnout.
