Progress has been made with the diagnosis of depression using a blood test in The Telegraph whilst fears have been raised on Sky News about the dangers of ‘thinspiration’ and eating disorders in men.


Amidst fears that the costs of obesity will bankrupt the NHS, as reported in the Guardian, proposals to give tax breaks to companies tackling obesity were aired in The Times.


Alongside the launch of the iPhone 6, this week has also seen the use of the Checky App, which monitors exactly how many times a day a phone checked, shaming the user into checking it less.
