About the role

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Process Improvement Manager (PIM) to lead strategic initiatives focused on Private Medical Insurance (PMI) pricing, billing, and process optimisation. Reporting directly to the CFO, the PIM will be instrumental in managing PMI relationships, negotiating tariffs and network agreements, resolving billing failures, and overseeing improvements in charging methodologies.

Requirements and responsibilities:

  • Strong understanding of private healthcare billing systems
  • Proven experience in healthcare billing, PMI negotiations, or financial operations
  • Strong knowledge of health code, EPR systems, and medical pricing structures
  • Manage financial data within the EPR system (CareCloud)
  • Collaborate across departments to ensure streamlined billing and pricing processes
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Proactive approach to problem-solving
