If you are unsure, our Therapy Department can discuss your options with you. . Each referral and enquiry we received is carefully matched with the most appropriate mental health specialist to establish successful patient / therapist partnerships and achieve the most effective therapeutic relationships.
If at any point through therapy your therapist feels you may need further support they will discuss with you the need to see a psychiatrist. This could be due to investigating whether medication is required to support your treatment.
