Professional Statement:

I have worked in a variety of therapeutic settings in the private, public and charity sectors. I work with addictions and other mental health issues such as anxiety, depression and interpersonal relationship difficulties. As well as working with adults, I have worked specifically with adolescents and young adults. I work in group settings and one-to-one.

Personal Statement:

I believe that the relationship between therapist and client is key to successful outcomes. I work in a collaborative and empathic way, tailoring evidence-based practice to individual need. I work with clients from a variety of professional and cultural backgrounds and I am supportive and inclusive of clients with diverse sexuality and gender identification.

I come to therapy after a career in aviation and bring a variety of skills from that and other life experiences.

My personal interests include theatre, cricket and current affairs. I am a Londoner, and relish working in a multi-cultural and challenging City and embrace the variety of life therein.
