Vital Dance is a form of exercise to music for physical vitality and emotional wellbeing. It is based on the Method of ‘Vital Development®
Through different rhythms, melodies and moods, to a variety of music and movements, it relieves mental stress and tension in the body and heightens body awareness.
Sessions are guided by a therapist and suitable for anyone; there are no steps to learn and you do not need to be able to dance! Participants will experience a series of exercises together and are invited to explore feelings in a safe environment.
