Our self image session focuses on how your external appearance is reflecting your inner sense of self. Our image coach introduces you to the concept of exploring your external appearance and image as a part of your overall journey towards improved psychological health

In these sessions you get an opportunity to understand the connection between your inner change and the way internal transformation may cause a desire to also change the way you appear to the world around you.

Your body language, your postures and gestures, tone of voice, eye contact, the way you dress, colours and styles are examples of components that contributes towards your over all physical presence.

Our Self Image sessions are designed to make a significant contribution towards increased self confidence. You will receive advice on body language, postures and gestures and you are thought how to take practical steps to align your physical appearance with who your are and how you want others to perceive you.
