Enhanced Wellbeing Programme

We believe that a holistic approach to mental health through combining physical, emotional and spiritual wellbeing is vital to long-term mental health.

As a result, we have developed a unique physical health and wellbeing programme to support our patients’ overall health and wellbeing, and, if clinically appropriate, to complement our other treatments. This programme focuses on key wellbeing areas such as sleep and energy, self-image, mindfulness, fitness and exercise, diet, aromatherapy, acupuncture, massage and yoga.
