Memberships:Sarah sits on the board of the UK Federation of Image Consultants, and is affiliated with the Association of Image Consultants International. She is an Associate of the UK Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development, a Member of the UK Chartered Institute of Management and Deputy Chair of the London branch of the Women in Management organisation.
In March 2007 Sarah published her first book, “Brandtastic or Brand Terrible?” which provides practical, content rich advice on how to maximise your personal brand through your image.
Sarah Brummitt is an award winning image consultant and published author who runs her own business for both corporate and individual clients. As a qualified Executive Coach and Trainer, Sarah has worked with professionals at all levels in the UK, Europe, North and South America, the Far East and Australia to help them achieve their professional development goals.
Sarah graduated from university with an honours degree in Business Studies and in 1991 she joined AstraZeneca, during which time she won the Top Salesperson of the Year award for the highest territory sales in the company. Sarah held several first and second line management positions, before heading up AstraZeneca UK’s Training Department, with responsibility for the training and development needs of the UK pharmaceutical industry’s single largest sales force.
Sarah was Head of Client Impact for Imparta, a UK sales effectiveness organisation that specialises in blended learning solutions. Her team were responsible for maximising and measuring the impact of client learning interventions across all four Kirkpatrick levels of training evaluation. She also managed a global faculty group and was responsible for content development and delivery across her client base.
In 2005, Sarah started her own business, combining her existing learning and development skills with an additional proposition – that of image coaching. Her clients are evenly split between men and women and she works with a range of individual and corporate clients.
Sarah is a member of the Corporate Coach University and graduated from their Corporate Coach Programme which is accredited by the International Coaching Federation. She also has a Diploma in Performance Coaching and became a Master Practitioner of Neuro-Linguistic Programming in 1996.
Sarah is a Master of Image Consulting in the UK and a Certified Image Professional – one of only three women in the world to achieve these levels of qualifications within the image industry.
