Jessica is a BPS Chartered and HPC registered Counselling Psychologist. She works primarily from a cognitive-behavioural therapy model with adults, adolescents, couples and groups, incorporating other therapeutic approaches as appropriate. Her experience includes wide range of client groups and a variety of difficulties such as depression, anxiety, stress, anger, psychosis, low self-esteem, relationship problems/marital difficulties, bereavement, and transition issues.
Jessica worked in supportive roles with vulnerable clients or those experiencing challenging needs, such as victims or perpetrators of domestic violence, before training as a Counselling Psychologist at London Metropolitan University. She has experience in delivering therapy in a number of settings, including the NHS, HMS prison service and private practice.
