As an integrative Psychotherapist Isabella draws on humanistic, cognitive and psychodynamic models in her approach. She is trained in psychotherapy, counselling, cognitive behavioural therapy and holds an MSc and advanced diploma from Regents College.
She is trained in transformative arts methods for therapy She has a background in a wide variety of adult mental health settings and in Neuro-Rehabilitation, and in providing assessments and psychotherapy for people with dual diagnosis in an inpatient setting.
Her areas of interest include working with depression, coping with major life changes and work issues, issues regarding old age, illness and disability.
She has an interest in experiential methods to therapy and includes the use of creative arts methods with clients where appropriate and runs workshops using myth and art for women's self awareness and expression.
Isabella provides brief and long term individual therapy sessions as well as facilitating groups at Capio Nightingale Hospital.
