The highest standards
At Capio Nightingale Hospital we strive to make a real and lasting difference to the lives of the people who come to us. We’re proud that in a recent survey, 97% of our patients said that they were satisfied with our care.
Capio Nightingale Hospital is regulated by the CQC.
We never rest on our laurels. We’re constantly examining how we do things, investigating new options, continuously training and developing our staff, and evolving our care framework, to ensure that it delivers the best contemporary mental healthcare to our patients. To maintain our exacting standards, our Clinical Governance Committee is chaired by our Executive Medical Director and provides constant assessment of every area of our practice.
Our clinical outcomes are measured using established and externally validated methods. We achieve excellent HoNOS (Health of the Nation) scores, which were developed by the Royal College of Psychiatrists’ Research Unit to measure the health and social functioning of people with severe mental illness. Our therapy staff also utilise specialist and particular measures of effectiveness such as the Becks Depression Inventory and CORE (Clinical Outcomes in Routine Evaluation) the recognised UK psychological therapies’ tool to ensure a patient is responding and improving to a treatment plan.

Our aim is to set the benchmark for world class mental health care.
