Mindfulness is an important skill that everyone can learn. It helps patients learn how to pay moment-to-moment attention to themselves and their without judgment.

Mindfulness can help patients to deal more effectively with stress, develop new ways to respond to life challenges, find peace of mind in difficult and transitional periods and enjoy life more.   

Fitness and exercise

We work with patients to provide a realistic introduction to health and fitness. Exercise programmes are individually tailored to fitness levels and maintain variety, progression fun and safety. 

The sessions help patients develop good physical self awareness and an understanding of their bodies' needs.
