Clinical outcomes
Clinical outcomes are measured using established and externally validated methods.
We achieve excellent HoNOS scores. Our therapy staff also utilise specialist and particular measures of effectiveness such as the Becks Depression Inventory and CORE (Clinical Outcomes in Routine Evaluation).
Governance
We provide a high quality, evidence-based treatment in a safe and healing environment
We are committed to delivering a high standard of clinical care to all our patients. Our 2007 patient survey showed that over 97% of our patients were satisfied with their care.
Regulation
Capio Nightingale is regulated by both the Healthcare Commission and the Mental Health Act Commission.
Our adolescent service is monitored by QNIC which sets national standards for adolescent mental health services.
The Healthcare Commission Regulatory Assessment Statement 2007/2008 stated:
“We have reviewed a range of information during the year, including the last inspection report and other information we have received from and about the establishment. From this information we did not identify any risks to suggest that the provider was not meeting the National Minimum Standards, consequently there is no need for the establishment to be further checked through an inspection.”
